  ~Frequently Asked Questions~

Q:  Do you ship outside of Pennsylvania?

A:  We ship within a one day shipping territory of our location.  This includes all of Pennsylvania, most of New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and parts of Virginia, Ohio and West Virginia.  We will ship our flour mix to anywhere in the continental United States.

Q:  Where can I get your products?

A:  You can order products directly from us or get the products at one of the stores that carry them.  Please refer to our home page to see a listing of the stores that carry our products.

Q:  How do I order products directly from you?

A:  Products may be ordered directly from us either via telephone or email.  To order via telephone, call 717-899-6482.  To order via email go to cindy@glutenfree4me.com.  Please DO NOT include your credit card on email orders.  This is not a secure site.

Q:  How do I pay for my products that I order?

A:  Checks or money orders are accepted.  We DO NOT accept credit cards.  An invoice is included with your order.

Q:  How do I receive my order?

A:  Via UPS.

Q:  How are the shipping and handling rates determined?

A:  Exact shipping rates are charge for each individual order.   This is determined through the UPS distribution center.  Considerations for charges are distance (determined via zip codes), weight of package, and size of box.  You can receive an estimated shipping charge by visiting the UPS website.  In addition to the exact shipping charge there is a $1.25 handling fee.

Q:  Are there any products that are considered casein free?

A:  There are a few products that are casein free.  These products can be found by looking for ** on the product page of our website.

Q:  Do you use corn in your products?

A:  Yes, all our products contain corn starch.

Q:  Do you use soy in your products?

A:  None of our products contain soy flour, but not all products are soy free.  All ingredients are clearly listed on individual product labels.

Q:  How do I make your pizza shell?

A:  We recommend thawing the pizza shell (about 5 minutes on the countertop or on top of the oven as it is preheating) and adding just the sauce to it.  At this point, bake it in a 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes.  Remove from oven and if you have time allow it to cool.  If you do not have time, add your favorite toppings and return it to the oven for about 8 minutes.  Enjoy!!!

Q:  What kind of shelf life do your products have?

A:  If they are in the original container and sealed, you can keep them on the counter for about 2 days.  However, we recommend freezing ALL products upon purchase or arrival to your home to insure the freshest and best tasting product.

Q:  If I freeze the products, doesn’t that ruin the taste?

A:  No, actually the products taste just as good thawed from the freezer as they do fresh.  For best taste, warm the products in the microwave for a few seconds.  This will bring back the fresh taste and soft texture.

Q:  Does the bread fall apart when eating it?

A:  No, our bread does not fall apart when eating it.  The bread is thinly sliced and has a soft texture.  It is good both toasted and not toasted.

Q:  Does the bread need frozen?

A:  Yes, place ALL products in the freezer immediately upon receiving them.

Q:  How do you ensure that your products are gluten free?

A:  We continually contact our suppliers to insure that the ingredients used are gluten free.   As well, the products are made in a gluten free environment.
